How to request a price match:
For Retail Customers we promise to match the competitor’s price available when you contact us. To request a price match for:
- Online purchases, simply, call us on 08455 199 181 – before you’ve bought from us, or up to 7 days afterwards.
Either way, please tell our team the product code (from your receipt or the top of the product page), our price, and the competitor you want us to match. Also let us know of any relevant voucher offer our competitor is running.
Price Promise terms and conditions
- We'll match our competitor’s current UK store or website price.
- The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
- We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
- We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
- We’ll match the price of an item; not delivery charges or other services.
- Cannot be used with any other offer.
